Accident Reconstruction
Accidents happen every day involving motor vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, and more. We have investigated hundreds of accidents and are qualified to provide expert testimony in criminal and civil courts in West Virginia and surrounding states.
Laser Scanning
Laser scanning is the best way to reconstruct the environment with 100% accuracy. On-site terrestrial scanning services provides litigation teams, police departments, or insurance companies the freedom to take measurements and analyze an accident long after the accident occurred.
Airbag Control Module Downloads
Most modern passenger vehicles contain some form of Event Data Recorder (EDR). The EDR is typically found in the airbag control module, although it can be found in the powertrain module on some vehicles. These devices record vehicle and occupant information for a brief period of time leading up to and during a crash. This information is very useful in the reconstruction of vehicular crashes.
Insurance Fraud Investigation
Insurance fraud is any act committed to defraud an insurance process. It occurs when a claimant attempts to obtain some benefit or advantage they are not entitled to, or when an insurer knowingly denies some benefit that is due. One of the more common forms of insurance fraud are staged accidents. A staged accident is one that is intentionally caused by a driver, where they make the collision appear to be the fault of another motorist to file an insurance claim. Everything about the collision, such as the accident itself, injuries, and witnesses, is fake
